| 内容記述 | 人生100 年時代の到来に伴い，女性のリカレント教育の充実が大学等に求められている．武庫川女子大学（学院含む）卒業生を対象としたアンケートを通して，社会人女性のリカレント教育に対するニーズを明らかにした．本学卒業生の学び直し意欲は高く，出身学科関連分野に加えて，ビジネスや統計，情報，マネジメント分野にも一定のニーズがあった．対面授業より遠隔授業を希望し，キャリアカウンセリングや職業紹介など具体的な就業支援を求めていた．今後，本学がリカレント教育に取組むにあたり，効果的で魅力あるプログラムと体制構築，ターゲットの絞り込み，提供カリキュラム・プログラム選定及び学内リソース活用，実益あるキャリアサポート，IT・デジタル対応の推進などの課題について検討した | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | Universities and other educational institutions should improve the recurrent education for women in light of the 100-year life era. Through a questionnaire-based survey of graduates of Mukogawa Women's University（including Mukogawa College）, we were able to better understand the needs for recurrent education among adult women. They were highly motivated to learn again, and there was a steady demand for courses in business, statistics, information, and management, in addition to fields related to their former departments. They preferred distance education instead of face-to-face classes and sought specialized employment assistance such as career counseling and job placement. The following topics were discussed for the next recurrent education program to be implemented at the university: building a system that integrates effective and appealing programs, narrowing down the target, selecting curricula by employing university resources, providing effective career support, and promoting IT and digitalization. | |||||||||
