Through a questionnaire-based survey of graduates of Mukogawa Women's University（including Mukogawa College）, we were able to better understand the needs for recurrent education among adult women. They were highly motivated to learn again, and there was a steady demand for courses in business, statistics, information, and management, in addition to fields related to their former departments. They preferred distance education instead of face-to-face classes and sought specialized employment assistance such as career counseling and job placement.
