Not only did they show signs of overcoming gender stereotypes, but they also had positive attitudes toward receiving career education in college. Whereas approximately 30% of them intended to seek full-time employment after graduation, nearly 40% of them expected to leave their jobs when a life event occurred.They had already drawn up diverse life plans at the time of matriculation and reported varying expectations regarding subsequent re-employment. Given that womenʼs participation in society is making continuing progress, it remains to be seen how college education will affect these studentsʼ post-graduation prospectus. To evaluate the educational effectiveness of SOAR, it will be necessary to conduct a follow-up survey with these students when they graduate, as well as those of later classes in the future.",
