| 内容記述 | This report is about the practical contributions to a project to assist in the “Hometown Tax Payment System” of Toyonaka City. The project is to make “Book Covers” in collaboration with three different kinds of employment facilities and their differently abled members, Toyonaka City Council and Mukogawa Women‘s University. A future goal of this project is to make the facilities members financially independent. From my long experience as a Modelist in the fashion industry enabled the smooth coordination and production of the book covers. For example choosing the most suitable fabric and liner and the way how to cut and sew. In the beginning a pre-sample of a book cover was made but some problems arose with the cutting and sewing technique. Therefore, modifications had to be made to improve the production process. This improved process was the creation of “six example panels”, with the fabric cut into its actual size. These panels separated the process into six sections. Thereby, thorough understanding of the step by step process enhanced the members skills and the professional quality of the “Book Covers.” | |||||||||||
