| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to develop a pregnancy notification assessment index for mothers who need support during pregnancy, and to examine its reliability and validity. At the time of pregnancy notification, an assessment index draft was prepared, and maternal and child health was monitored. Surface validity and content validity were confirmed by researchers and public health nurses with more than 20 years of work experience. To examine the reliability and validity, nurses working in the maternal and child health departments across 1,950 municipalities nationwide were asked to fill an anonymous self-administered questionnaire using the re-survey method. An exploratory factor analysis yielded five categories: difficulty in forming relationships with people, difficulty in maintaining physical and mental health, difficulty in forming attachments, complexity of family situations, and understanding. An index consisting of 30 items was developed based on 6 factors pertaining to lack of power and instability of living infrastructure. The Cronbach’s α reliability coefficient for the entire index was 0.94. The intraclass correlation coefficient in the first survey and subsequent resurveys was 0.80, confirming reliability. The results from confirmatory factor analysis revealed that goodness of fit was within the permissible range, thereby confirming the scale’s validity. |

| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は妊娠中から支援を必要とする母親に対する保健師の妊娠届出時アセスメント指標を開発し、信頼性・妥当性を検討することである。まず、アセスメント指標原案を作成し、母子保健を研究領域とする教育・研究者と実務経験20 年以上の保健師により表面妥当性・内容妥当性を確認した。信頼性・妥当性の検討は全国市区町村1,950 か所の母子保健担当課に勤務する保健師を対象に再調査法による無記名自記式質問紙調査を実施した。探索的因子分析を行った結果、【人との関係形成の難しさ】、【心身の健康を保つことの困難さ】、【愛着形成の難しさ】、【家族状況の複雑さ】、【理解力の乏しさ】、【生活基盤の不安定さ】の6 因子30 項目から構成される指標が開発された。指標全体のクロンバックのα信頼性係数は0.94 であった。1 回目と再調査における級内相関係数（ICC）は0.80 で信頼性が確認された。確証的因子分析の結果、適合度は許容範囲内であり妥当性が確認された。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
