| 内容記述 | In line with the tourism demands nowadays constructing rock-cut places in Cappadocia, which is the heart of Anatolia and an area defined as Asia Minor, is on-going. New places are needed where local hand workmanship and shows are exhibited and sold in addition to food and sheltering. The CEC pot production-sale workshop and restaurant is a rock-cut structure designed to meet these demands. The construction style for which hand workmanship is needed, the material, and the bearing properties of the material have shaped the stages of design and construction of this structure. It is hoped with this study that there will be an increase in the number of architectural products, especially in the Cappadocia region in Turkey, which support the continuation of rock cut architecture and construction styles, preserve the natural environment and traditional construction materials and techniques, and serve tourism. | |||||||
