| 内容記述 | In many housing estates after WWII, due to frequent vandalism etc., restructuring or rebuilding has become necessary. On the other hand, in most of housing estates before WWII, residents have continued to live in the original housing blocks. This research on some townscape characteristics in Margarethenhöhe is intended to investigate the cause of this difference. It was suggested that there are some characteristics that help to increase resident’s affection for their estate and to enhance the community bonds. | |||||||||||||
