| 内容記述 | The Urban Renaissance Agency is now managing about 770，000 collective housings. Then，for these sev-eral years，the Urban Renaissance Agency explore the stock utilization plans through some experiments. I surveyed those contents and attempted to explore some problems in those experiments. There were also some problems in each of these experiments. However，I think that the big fault of the stock utilization is in the strict application of the structural regulation by the Building Standards Law revision in recent years. | |||||||||||||
