Fibrin plate contained 100u/ml SK detected human plasma diluted by 10^6 times and that contained 1,000u/ml SK detected the plasma diluted by 10^9 times as a remarcable lysis area. On the plate contained 100u/ml SK, blood stain of man was differentiated from those of other animals, such as bonine, swine, dog, cat, rabbit, mouse, chicken and fish. On the test using the plate contained 100u/ml SK, almost the equal lysis were observed in the blood stains of 8 healthy men, made from both of natural and hemolysed blood. The lysis were detected by the blood stains incubated for 50 days at 2℃, 18℃ and 37℃. These results indicate that the SK containing fibrin plate method is a very sensitive and practical one to identify human blood.}, pages = {17--19}, title = {人血鑑別における"ストレプトキナーゼ混和フィブリン平板"の応用}, volume = {46}, year = {1999}, yomi = {ホリエ, ノボル} }
