 note = {Mycerial cultivation of Basidiomycetes of commercial products (11 strains) and Isolants (43 strains) from nature was carried out. Of Basidiomycetes tested, Tricholoma sp. W510, which was isolated from nature, showed a strong firinolytic activity in culture broth. The culture broth of this organism was orally administratedused to mice. Fibrinolytic activities of thrombin time (TT), prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT)and diluted blood clot lysis (DBCL) in the blood were determined. No change of PT and APTT was observed. Both TT and DBCL were decreased.},
