In order to achieve the objective, the following things are important to do: 1 to tell learners the criteria of evaluation. 2 to give learners a chance to think about how to cook and how to serve egg recipes. 3 to decide what to teach by observing their interest and judging their skills. 4 to give them appropriate advice and encourage them. 5 to let them evaluate their work. 6 to let them practice what they learned in school.
