| 内容記述 | This study aimed to examine the present state of “physical fitness” and carefully consider what is currently taught. The study also evaluateed university students’ experiences in performing physical fitness and attitudes towards it, thereby enabling its use in the innovative development of classes in the future. The subjects of the study showed an extremely low recognition rate regarding physical fitness, but it was apparent that their understanding of the exercises deepened as the number of classes grew. The physical fitness attitude survey received more positive responses in general. Practicing physical fitness demonstrated the importance of communication and that it was possible to exercise while having fun. The areas of difficulty were in choosing teaching materials from the wide variety available, and the wide field that dealt with physical fitness. Finally, subjects’ scores in the understanding of physical fitness were in the 70s (out of 100). This study demonstrates the importance of physical fitness. However, many subjects in this study expressed the opinion that the exercises were difficult to understand, and many students had doubts regarding physical fitness in general. Therefore, it is thought necessary to resolve these doubts through innovation in the handling of class contents and teaching methods. |
