| 内容記述 | Digital nomads are portrayed as location-independent professionals working solely in an online environment while leading a new form of flexibility in combining work with a new vision of personal life. The commoditization of digital technology accelerates the growth of the digital nomad community. In this research, the author draws on the theoretical perspective of technology affordance to look into the years of digital nomads' lives for exploring the interplay among individuals, technology, and society. Findings uncover nine technology affordances on the individual level and show the features of technology adopted by digital nomads and the characteristics of digital nomads. | |||||||
