本稿では，武庫川女子大学の新入生を対象とした「MUKOJO 未来教育プログラム SOAR」に関する2022 ～ 2024 年度の調査結果を報告する（N ＝ 3,209）．全体的な傾向として，公立高校の出身者が多く、入学動機は「学びたい学科や専攻があった」が最多であった．入学前から将来の仕事やキャリアについて考え，大学選択に影響したと認識しており、キャリア教育としてボランティアやインターンシップ，企業に関連した体験活動への興味も示していた．自己将来像と大学生活の過ごし方，具体的な働き方を構想した者が多く、ジェンダー観には学部の違いが示唆されたが、多くが性的マイノリティに関して学ぶ機会は既に持っていた．SOAR 導入講義の感想は専攻との連関が示唆され，今後は学部間比較に基づく詳細な考察が求められる． |

This paper reports on a three-year （2022-2024） survey of 3,209 new students at Mukogawa Womenʼs University regarding the MUKOJO Future Education Program SOAR. Overall, most respondents graduated from public high schools, and their primary motivation for enrollment was a specific department or major theywished to study. They acknowledged that considering their future job and career before enrollment influenced their choice of university. They also expressed interest in career education opportunities such as volunteering, internships, and other corporate-related activities. Many had already envisioned their future selves, their university life, and specific work styles. While perspectives on gender suggested differences among departments or majors, many had prior opportunities to learn about sexual minorities. Feedback on the introductory SOAR lecture indicated a link to studentsʼ majors, highlighting the need for future research based on detailed inter-departmental comparisons. |
