| 内容記述 | 子ども発達科学研究センターは、平成16（2004）年に独立行政法人科学技術振興機構社会技術研究開発センターの「脳科学と社会」研究開発領域・計画型研究開発「日本における子供の認知・行動発達に影響を与える要因の解明」における発達心理学領域の国内大学・研究所の統括機能を果たすために設置された。2024年４月からの、武庫川女子大学内の附置研究所活性化と連動して、武庫川女子大学子ども発達科学研究センターは名称を廃止し、武庫川女子大学教育総合研究所の子ども家庭部門として位置付けられることになった。2023年度は子ども発達科学研究センターとしての最後の活動の年となったが、コホート研究、子どもみんなプロジェクト、Light It Up Blue, MUKOJO!といった中心となる活動は、変わらず実施することができ、成果発表も行った。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Center for the Study of Child Development（CSCD） was established in 2004 as part of the “Neuroscience and Society” research and development program under the Research Institute of Science and Technology for Society （RISTEX）, Japan Science and Technology Agency （JST）. Its primary role was to serve as the coordinating body for developmental psychology research conducted by domestic universities and research institutes within the project “Elucidating Factors Influencing Childrenʼs Cognitive and Behavioral Development in Japan.” In alignment with the revitalization of affiliated research institutes at Mukogawa Womenʼs University starting in April 2024, the CSCD had been integrated into the Institute for Advanced Educational Research and restructured as the “Child and Family Research Division”. Consequently, the name “Center for the Study of Child Development（CSCD）” will be discontinued. The 2023 academic year marked the final year of activities under the Centerʼs name; however, its core initiatives—such as the Cohort Study, the “Children Minna” Project, and Light It Up Blue, MUKOJO!—were successfully carried out, with research findings presented as usual. |
