本研究は、女性心理職のキャリア発達の段階を考察することを目的とした。調査対象者は、武庫川女子大学大学院修士課程臨床心理学専攻の修了生412名であった。方法はGoogle Formを用いたWeb調査であった。99名から回答が得られた。回答者は20歳代～60歳代までの年代で、30歳代と40歳代の合計が65.9％であった。就労実態調査からは公認心理師と臨床心理士を併せ持つ就労の仕方であることが示唆された。大学院教育で力を入れている「学内外の実習とその指導」は、直接・間接に修了後の業務に活かされていた。この基礎訓練の上にオリエンテーションを発達させることが本学修了生の特徴である。加えて多様な業務をライフイベントを乗り越えながら、自らがキャリア発達を遂げていくことに課題があることが示唆された。以上のことから、女性心理職のキャリア発達は直線的でなく、螺旋状であり、Fouad,N.A.ら（2009）の3コンピテンシーの曲面モデルが存在すると示唆された。 |

The purpose of this study was to consider the stages of career development of female psychologists. The subjects of the survey were 412 graduates of the Masterʼs Program in Clinical Psychology at Mukogawa Womenʼs University. The survey was conducted via an online Google Form. 99 subjects responded. The ages of the respondents ranged from 20s to 60s. The combined total of those in their 30s and 40s was 65.9%. The survey of the employment status of graduates of this university suggested that they were employed as both certified certified public psychologists and clinical psychologists. A distinctive feature of the development of orientation among our university's graduates is that it is built on this basic training.
In addition, it was suggested that there are challenges in achieving career development while overcoming life events and various tasks. Based on the above, it was suggested that the career development of female psychologists is not linear but spiral, and that there exists a curved model of the three competencies proposed by Fouad, N.A. et al.（2009）. |
