| 内容記述 | Honcho Oinhiji（published in January 1689） by Ihara Saikaku, focused on judicial proceedings. However, just two months prior, his Shin Kashoki had been published. Historically, little attention had been paid to the relationship between Honcho Oinhiji and Shin Kashoki. Therefore, this study examines how both works were created with the intent to compare them. The overlap in their creation periods, alongside the subtitles, prefaces, signatures, and seals, indicates that Honcho Oinhiji was crafted in relation to Shin Kashoki. Furthermore, I discuss how the content of Honcho Oinhiji is divided into 24 groups, each of which corresponds to a chapter of Shin Kashoki. While a more detailed examination of each chapter of Honcho Oinhiji is required, this study concludes that Honcho Oinhiji was created within a comparative conceptual framework in relation to Shin Kashoki. This comparative framework gives Honcho Oinhiji a layered structure. | |||||||||||||
