Metzendorf’s architectural design office and the Krupp Company construction department during World War I. However, his works during this period are not clearly known, nor are the experiences that influenced his works after the war. Therefore, in this study, H. Meyer’s writings and other documents and drawings were carefully examined, revealing the following:\n・H. Meyer’s works in the G. Metzendof’s architectural design office were the planning of Robert Schmohl Platz and Hauxplatz in Margaretenhöhe. His works in the Krupp Company construction department during World War I were the planning of Garten Stadt in Kiel-Gaarden and Borbeck housing estate in Essen.\n・H.
