| 内容記述 | 看護職として、職場や地域で活躍するうえで必要となる能力には、基礎学力・専門知識、社会人基礎力があり、その根底にあるのは人間性・道徳性である。本稿では、道徳的視点が学生自身の成長にどのような効果があるかを検証するために中学校学習指導要領の「特別の教科 道徳編」において、四つの視点から示される道徳教育の内容、専門職業人としての知識・技術の視点を入れた自己内省ノートを開発し、臨床的実践を通して、人間的成長と自分の目指す良い看護師になるための意識付けへの可能性と課題を探った。 自己内省ノートの記録と面談より、日々を振り返り自己内省ノートに書き記す事は、その時の自分の思いや感情が可視化され、後日見返す事でその時の自分を客観的に見つめ、具体的な振り返りの指針となっていることが確認できた。何気なく過ごす日々の中に多くの学びがあり、自らの将来像や関心のある看護師像・人物像への想いを表現でき、将来の目標がより具体化されていた。そして、研究対象者が看護職として人生を歩もうとする自分の成長を感じることができ、具体的な振り返りの指針となっていた。また、学生と教員が同じ視点で振り返りができることは、学生と共通認識をもって教育ができる点でも有効であったといえる。道徳的な視点を意識した振り返りは、具体的なリフレクションの指針として今後の看護教育に活用できると示唆された。 |

| 内容記述 | The abilities needed to be active in the nursing profession, in the workplace and in the community include basic academic skills, specialized knowledge, and basic skills for working adults, and underlying these are humanity and morality. In this paper, in order to verify what effect a moral perspective has on the students' own growth, we developed a“self reflection notebook”that includes the contents of moral education presented from four perspectives in the“Special Subjects of Moral Education”of the Courses of Study at junior high school, and the perspective of knowledge and skills as a professional, and through clinical practice, we developed a human through clinical practice, we explored the possibilities and challenges of developing human growth and awareness in order to become the good nurses we aspire to be. From the interviews and the recordings in the“self-reflection notebook”, it was confirmed that reflecting on one’s daily life and writing in the“self-reflection notebook”helped visualize one’s thoughts and feelings at that time, and by looking back at it later, one could look at oneself objectively at that time and use it as a specific guideline for reflection. They were able to express their thoughts and feelings toward their own future vision and the image of the nurse and person they were interested in, and their future goals became more concrete. And the research subjects were able to sense their own growth as they attempted to move forward in life as nurses, which served as a concrete guideline for their reflections. The ability for students and faculty to reflect from the same perspective was also effective in that it enabled education based on a common understanding with the students. It was suggested that reflection from a moral perspective can be used as a guideline for specific reflection in future nursing education. |
