The first point is that reflection is the key to ensuring the continuity of learning. The second point is that the target of retrospectives has expanded not only to the cognitive domain but also to the emotional domain (horizontal expansion), and progress has been made to delve deeper into the learner's inner self (vertical expansion). The third point, techniques have been developed for facilitators to support reflection.\nAs for (2), I reaffirmed the importance of the principle that the cycle of target-reflection should be carried out by the student agency. At that time, metacognition is not limited to reflection in the narrow sense, but it shows that it functions in general, including aiming and performance. And when another person's power intervention occurs in either, everything will change.
