| 内容記述 | It was said that the Kominkan system had established by the Notification of Vice-Minister of Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology on July 5th, 1946. I think that the Kominkan system depends on some other factors such as historical tradition of Japan, futures of communities, existence of volunteers and so. So I made a survey of the forming process of Kominkan in some local districts in Japan. At that result, I am able to find some new findings in several points. | |||||||||||||
