In Japan among these diseases, the number of patients of infected Mycobacterium tuberculosis is the most highest. So, we Japanese should be well informed of protection of infection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. We Japanese generally take BCG vaccination until the age of one year. So we have been probably protected from tuberculosis meningitis to a limited extent until growing up to childhood. In junior and high school days, it would be better for us to take Breast X ray a year or two. After 18 years old, we should be better to take Breast X ray every year. A public health nurse, a teacher, and a doctor should recommend a student with continuing coughs to consult a doctor in order to find Mycobacterium tuberculosis quickly.
