| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to summarize the evolutional process of mobile environment in Japan, and to highlight the issues that lie ahead. The main points are summarized briefly in the following outline. （1）The events on the fixed-line communication took the lead in mobile communication. （2）The flat-rate system of the fixed-line service greatly influenced the spread of mobile phone. （3）The mobile system has gradually integrated the fixed-line service, so-called FMC, FMS. The main issues remain as follows;（1）Because of no reception, a few people cannot even now enjoy mobile phone service.（2）Because of SIM card locked, anyone cannot creatively use mobile phone depending on the purpose.（3）The horizontal specialization of mobile service will be strongly required in mobile business | |||||||||||||
