The role of organization man concerns tightly the life of the city of 10,000,000 with the organic city model. I will examine mainly with the two texts. The one is“ The The Organization Man”(1956) written by William Hollingsworth Whyte, Jr.)(1917-1999) in the field of social science. Tange might consult the idea of Whyte’s organization man. The other is“ The Conditions of Economic Progress”(1951)(by Colin Grant Clark(1905-1985) in the field of economics and statistics. It is clear that Tange refers to Clark’s way of analysis for statistics.}, pages = {155--164}, title = {丹下健三の都市論の基本的な特質 ―1000万都市におけるオーガニゼイション・マンについて―}, volume = {57}, year = {2010}, yomi = {クロダ, トモコ} }
