| 内容記述 | Purification of protease from culture broth of Tricholoma sp. W510 was performed by ammonium sulfate fractionation, ion exchange column chromatography, gel filtration and butyl-toyopearl chromatographey. The enzyme was purified as one band on SDS-electrophoresis. Molecular weight determined by the electrophoresis was 29,000. Amino acid analysis of the enzyme resulted in lack of cysteine. On the other hand, the enzyme was inhibited by PMSF. From the result, Tricholoma sp. protease was defined as a serine protease having fibrinolytic activity as subtilisin and or streptokinase. | |||||||||||||||||||||
