| 内容記述 | MITSUIKE Project for the first development area of “Garden City MAITAMON” is carried out by the cooperation of Kobe Design University (KDU) and Urban Renaissance Agency (UR) with the resident participation, to aim at a new suburban style and sustainable local community. It has 68 residential lots, green parks, city block parks and common facilities on an area of approx.6 hectares. MITSUIKE MINAMI Project which has 82 residential lots is based not only on the same way of MITSUIKE Project for “creating community” and “setting up rules” and “housing” but also on the new one for “recruiting members” to form a group of every 5-8 residential lots. Our future objective is to propose to create a town in which the next generation of its residents can proud of their town and share their environmental values. | |||||||||||||||||
