Recently, common space assuming residential maintenance is built in a part of public housing complex. The purpose of this study is to clarify the present conditions of the action in such a common space and the problem of management. The main findings are as follows: 1） As the side of housing supply, it is important to build support system for sustainable activity, and to play a role for public. 2） As the side of resident, it is necessary to build relationships with existing organizations in and around the area It makes possible to discover new person, and to collect money.
